Bacon Cheese Pull-Aparts

The best early game tailgate food ever! These are good warm or room-temp. They're easy and not messy. They go great with OJ and coffee or that early morning tailgate beer. Nothing like tailgating before an 11am game! Also good for brunch.

1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 can refrigerated biscuits ( I like reduced fat Grands)
1 pkg precooked bacon or 4 strips bacon crisply cooked
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions

1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray really really well. Don't forget the sides.
2. In large bowl, beat egg and milk with whisk until smooth.
3. Separate dough into biscuits, cut each into quarters.
4. Stir biscuit pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly. Fold in bacon, cheese and onions. Spoon mixture into sprayed dish; arrange biscuit pieces in single layer.
Because I'm a good mom, I dump half the egg mixture into a large ziploc bag, give the baby half the biscut pieces, about half the other stuff and seal the bag. Then I let her go to town shaking the bag to coat the biscuts.
5. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

You don't even really need to cut these, they tear apart into good sized peices.
Patrick likes these with salsa. I think they're yummy plain.
